The festival Tops is based on a dynamic combination of 4 types of
partners.
INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS
The
institutional partners include the cities , the region, the country
which will benefit from the tourist and animation created around the
festival.

partners who through Tops will carry their image and their expertise
with festival-goers and visitors to the event and will benefit from
the press coverage
